Tzofim Europe is the regional branch of Tzofim Olami, operating 15 chapters and three Ksharim community centers across the continent. Established in 2009, it provides a structured educational framework for Israeli and Jewish families, strengthening Hebrew language, Israeli culture, and connection to Israel within a European context.
Through Hebrew-based, informal education and a “youth leading youth” model, we develop young leadership and build vibrant, engaged communities. Our activities—weekly programs, camps, and seminars—create a strong sense of belonging, identity, and continuity for the next generation.

Tzofim Europe runs a range of meaningful programs that connect Jewish teens to their heritage, their communities, and Israel:
Tzofim Tzabar is the global youth movement, operating across North America, Europe, and Australia, with 15 chapters across Europe. Through Hebrew-based programming, it strengthens Jewish identity, leadership, and connection to Israel, fostering belonging and active community engagement.
Active centers in Manchester, Limassol, and Lisbon—community homes for broader Israeli communities, offering multi-age programming: Hebrew classes, youth movement activities, networking groups, trips, and Bar/Bat Mitzvah programs.
Tzofim Olami’s flagship Aliyah program supports young Jewish adults (18–24) from around the world who choose to build their future in Israel.
The program provides a comprehensive framework- from preparation abroad to absorption and long-term integration in Israel- within supportive group settings and with ongoing personal, social, and professional guidance.
Guidance and support for pathways such as Shnat Sherut (service year), leadership frameworks, and joining Garin Tzabar for meaningful IDF service as Lone Soldiers.
At the heart of Tzofim Europe’s impact are young Israeli emissaries who choose to spend a gap year in the Diaspora. Serving as cultural bridges, they bring Israeli values, Hebrew language, and lived experience into the communities they lead. Their presence creates an authentic connection to Israel and strengthens the bond between Jewish teens abroad and Israeli society.
Tzofim Europe’s chapters play a central role in building community connections. Beyond weekly activities, they take an active part in events that unite the community, such as ceremonies and gatherings marking Israeli holidays and national commemorations, including Yom Ha’atzmaut (Israel Independence Day) and Yom HaZikaron (Memorial Day). These events connect different parts of the community and enable respectful commemoration and celebration of Israeli heritage and values.
Each chapter is guided and run by a dedicated team of volunteer leaders—parents and community members—who provide guidance and inspiration. This volunteer infrastructure deepens the sense of community, ensures continuity, and contributes to a supportive environment for the personal development of young people.
