Dor Weiss, a graduate of the Israeli Scouts, with nearly 10 years of experience working in youth movements. 31 years old, originally from the south of Israel (Meitar), from, Shevet Tzahor and holds a B.A. in Non-Formal Education.

Stav Zamir

Stav Zamir is a community-focused educator with a strong background in leading teams and service communes within the Scouts. She currently serves as Head of Tzabar Leadership in North America, where she focuses on strengthening the connection between identity, community, and youth leadership.

Yarden Mangoni Levin

Yarden spearheads the movement’s organizational, educational, and community initiatives across Europe. Having risen through the ranks in field and management roles within the movement, and equipped with an M.A. in Organizational Behavior and Development, she blends a profound understanding of the youth and volunteering landscape with strong managerial and strategic expertise.

Gaia, a Regional manager in the Europe team, living in Oxford, England. A master’s student in Management and Business analytics.

Ido Doovdevani

I live in London but grew up in a small town near Jerusalem. Through my adulthood I worked in the education field with Jewish program from all around the world, and today apart of the Israeli Scouts in Europe.

Elad Ben Netanel

Married to Mor, with whom he lives in Canada. Holds a degree in Democratic Education and a teaching certificate in Bible and History. A graduate of the Scouts movement, he worked in various roles within the movement, including Head of Rishonim Tribe in Petah Tikva and Regional Education Coordinator on the Dan leadership team.

Ofir Shinhertz

Ofir, a Regional Manager in Tzofim Europe, lives in Italy. With 10 years of professional experience in non-formal education and teen leadership in Jewish and Israeli organizations, both in Israel and worldwide, he is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for young people and fostering a strong sense of community.
