Responsible for all the Gap Year programs within the movement. In this role, she works closely with regional teams, oversees the placement process, and provides ongoing personal and professional guidance throughout their integration into various programs across Israel.i
Lia grew up in Long Island, New York, completed a gap year in Israel, and made Aliyah through Garin Tzabar.
After finishing her military service, she began working in Tzofim Olami. When she isn’t supporting our participants, she completes her Psychology studies at Reichman University.
