Noa Ben Shitrit Nir serves as Tzofim Olami’s Educational Coordinator and Social Worker, leading the organization’s safe environment initiatives and providing professional and emotional support to staff, volunteers, and emissaries worldwide. Prior to her current role, she completed a three-year shlichut in New York as Educational Coordinator for Tzofim’s East Coast region and previously worked in the Human Resources Department of the Israeli Scouts Movement. Noa holds a B.A. in Human Resources and Management, an M.S.W. in Social Work, and a certification in Parent and Group Facilitation from the Adler Institute.
