A graduate of Ramat Chen Scout Tribe and the Ramat Gan municipal, with a strong background in non-formal education. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in high risk youth and is currently pursuing an MBA. Experienced in leading and managing educational frameworks, including roles as a Scout Tribe Coordinator and Head of Education in Netiv HaAsara, as well as leading the establishment of the Talor Scout Tribe in Netiv HaAsara. Brings approximately five years of experience in international delegations through the World Scout Movement and related programs.
